The payment history table on your Payments Dashboard includes a search and filter toolbar so you can quickly find a specific payment. Each row shows the Sender alongside the date, amount, transfer type, and status, so you can see at a glance who paid you. Use the search box above the table to find payments by sender name or description. Results update as you type, and the total count and pagination reflect the filtered list.

Filters

Click Filters to open the filter panel. The badge next to the button shows how many filters are currently active. You can combine any of the following:
  • Sender: pick one or more senders who have paid you. Use the search field inside the dropdown to narrow long sender lists.
  • Status: Completed, Processing, Failed, Returned, or Cancelled.
  • Transfer type: Instant, ACH, or Wire.
  • Date range: choose a preset (All time, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year) or select Custom to pick your own start and end dates.
  • Amount: set a minimum, a maximum, or both. Values are in U.S. dollars.

Active filter chips

Every active filter, including the search term, appears as a chip below the toolbar. Remove a single filter by clicking the × on its chip, or click Clear all to reset the toolbar to its default state.
