Card actions
From a card’s detail screen, you’ll see a row of action buttons. The actions available depend on the card type:View card details (banking cards)
Tap Card details to reveal the full card number, expiration date, CVV, and PIN. Tap any value to copy it to your clipboard.Freeze or unfreeze a card (banking cards)
Tap Freeze card to temporarily disable the card. While frozen, new transactions will be declined. Tap Unfreeze card to re-enable it.Make a payment (charge cards)
Tap Pay card to make a payment toward your charge card balance. Select the bank account to pay from, enter the amount, and confirm. When you pick a payment source, each linked account shows the bank name on the first line and the account nickname underneath, so it’s easier to tell apart accounts you’ve linked from the same institution. After you submit a payment, it appears in the pending section of the Transactions tab (under both All and Credit), labeled Karat - Payment with a Pending status pill until it clears. Once the payment processes, it moves into the dated transaction list. If a payment doesn’t go through, the entry stays visible with a status of Canceled, Failed, Refunded, or Reversed, and the amount appears in gray with a strikethrough so you can tell at a glance which payments didn’t complete.Contact concierge
Tap Contact concierge to open a text message to our concierge team.Cancel a card
Tap Cancel card to permanently deactivate the card. You’ll be asked to confirm before the card is cancelled. This action cannot be undone.Add to Apple Wallet
On iOS, you can add your Karat cards to Apple Wallet directly from the card detail screen. Tap the Add to Apple Wallet button that appears below your card. This works for both banking cards and charge cards. The button only appears when the card has not already been added to your wallet and when the card is not frozen.Spend overview
Below the card actions, you’ll see a spend overview showing how much of your limit has been used. The progress bar and limit amount only appear when a spending limit is set on the card; cards without a limit show the amount spent on its own. For charge cards, the spend overview also includes your current balance and last statement balance. Balances refresh from the latest data each time you open the Cards tab so you always see the most recent activity. Tap View account balance to open a sheet with your current balance, last statement balance, and other account balance details.Credit overview
The Credit overview sheet gives you a single view of your charge card account. You can open it from the Home tab or from the Credit summary on any charge card’s detail screen. The sheet shows:- Account status: one of All settled, Next autopay (with the upcoming autopay date), Payment due (with the due date), or Overdue.
- Balance summary: a headline figure with the current balance, plus rows for last statement balance, current spend, available credit, and total spending limit.
- Cardholders: a row for each cardholder on the account, with their card and recent spend.
- Recent transactions: the latest activity across the account. Tap the section header to jump to the full transactions list; the sheet closes automatically.
