Accounts that experience late or returned payments may be placed into a standard account review process.

What this means

During a review:
  • Your Karat Card may remain paused
  • Your credit line may be temporarily restricted
  • Certain account features may be limited
Reviews help us assess account status and determine next steps.

Review outcomes

Once the review is complete, your account may:
  • Be restored to active status
  • Remain restricted
  • Require additional action before reactivation
  • Be closed in certain circumstances
We are unable to confirm the outcome of a review until it has been completed.

What you can do

To help expedite the process:
  • Resolve any outstanding balance
  • Ensure your linked bank account is active and funded
  • Respond promptly to any information requests from our team
