You can track each stage of the process — from production through delivery — and you’ll receive email updates along the way. Banking Cards
Banking Cards are standard business cards connected to your checking account. Once issued, physical Banking Cards are shipped to the address on file. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on processing time and holidays.Karat Card
The Karat Card is made of stainless steel and is available in black or white. By default, you’ll receive a white metal Karat Card when your account is approved. This card ships automatically to the mailing address on your account — no additional steps are required. If you’d like to customize your card with a logo or design, you can submit one through your dashboard. Our team will review the submission, and once approved, your card will be laser-engraved with the custom design. If a custom design is still pending review when your card is issued, you’ll receive the default white metal card first and can request a replacement after your design is approved. Karat Cards typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days after your account is approved. Shipping timelines may vary depending on production volume or holidays.Tracking your shipment
After your physical card enters production, you’ll receive email notifications at key stages:- Card shipped — your card has left the production facility and is on its way. This email includes your estimated delivery date.
- Card delivered — your card has arrived at the address on file.
Shipping address
Your card is shipped to the mailing address on your account. Make sure this is a valid physical U.S. address — P.O. boxes are not supported for card delivery. To update your mailing address before a card ships, go to Settings in your dashboard.Activating your card
Physical cards must be activated before they can be used. You’ll receive activation instructions when your card is delivered. Once activated, your card is ready for purchases. You can confirm your card’s status in the appropriate section of your dashboard:- Banking > Cards for the Banking Card
- Credit Card > Cards for the Karat Card
