How to add a note
Add your note
In the Notes field at the bottom of the transaction details, type your note. Notes can be up to 140 characters.
Editing or removing a note
To update a note, open the transaction details and edit the text in the Notes field. To remove a note, clear the text. Changes save automatically.Who can add notes
Note access depends on your role within the organization:| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Can add notes to any transaction |
| Manager | Can add notes to any transaction |
| Employee | Can add notes to their own card and transfer transactions only |
| Accountant | Cannot add notes |
Notes are only available on settled transactions. Pending transactions do not support notes.
