From here, you can:
  • Download a Bank letter (account verification letter)
  • Download a Voided check for the selected account, for use when setting up payroll or direct deposit

The bank letter includes your entity name, address, and checking account details and can be used for vendor verification or payment setup. If you do not see a document you expect, contact us.

Export Banking transactions from Settings

Use this option when you want a quick export of all transactions, the last month, or a custom date range across your Checking and Tax planning accounts.
  1. Go to Settings > Banking
  2. Under Export transactions, choose:
    • All transactions
    • Last month
    • Custom range
  3. Select Checking and/or Tax planning
  4. Click Download
The file will download in CSV format and can be uploaded into accounting software.

Export Banking transactions from the transactions table

Use this option when you want an export that matches exactly what you see in the transactions table, including any filters you’ve applied. This is the best way to pull a specific slice of activity: for example, a single category, a single counterparty, or only inbound transfers.

When to use it

  • You’ve narrowed the transactions table with filters and want a CSV of just those rows.
  • You need additional transaction detail beyond the columns shown in the table (for example, notes, route data, or extra amount details).
  • You want to download a previous export again without re-running it.

Export transactions

  1. Go to Banking and open your Checking or Tax planning transactions
  2. (Optional) Click Filter to narrow the table by category, date range, direction (inbound or outbound), or other available filters
  3. Click Export above the transactions table
  4. Choose a format:
    • Basic CSV: Includes the same columns as the table: date, description, amount, and type.
    • Detailed CSV: Includes table columns plus transaction detail fields, notes, route data, and additional amount details when available.
  5. Click Request export
Your export runs against the filters currently applied to the table. Small exports download as soon as they’re ready. Larger exports keep running in the background: you can safely close the window and return to download the file later.

Find past exports

Recent exports appear in the Export history panel inside the Export transactions window.
  • Each entry shows the filters used, the format (Basic or Detailed CSV), the row count, and when the file expires.
  • A New badge marks exports created in your current session.
  • Click the download icon next to any Ready export to download it again before it expires.
  • Click View more to open the full export history with pagination.

Retry a failed export

If an export shows a Failed status, click Retry next to that entry in the Export history panel to run it again with the same filters and format. The error message is shown alongside the failed entry so you can tell whether to retry as-is or adjust your filters first.
