If You’re Using the TikTok Creator Fund / Creativity Program

Open TikTok

  • Launch the TikTok app and log into your account.

Go to Creator Tools

  • Tap your profile → the three lines (☰) in the top-right → Creator Tools.

Tap on “Balance”

  • Under Creator Tools, choose Balance, then Withdraw.

Manage Payouts via Tipalti (or Stripe)

  • TikTok usually uses Tipalti or Stripe for payouts.
  • Tap Withdraw, and then go to Payout Settings → it will take you to your Tipalti or Stripe dashboard.

Update Your Bank Details

  • In Tipalti: Go to the Payment Method section and update your bank account info.
  • In Stripe: Open the Stripe Dashboard, go to Settings → Bank accounts, and update your info.

Save and Confirm

  • Save the new info and verify it, if prompted.

Go to TikTok Shop Seller Center

Go to “Finance” → “Bank Account”

  • In your Seller Center dashboard, click Finance on the left-hand menu, then choose Bank Account.

Edit Your Bank Info

  • Click the Edit or Replace button.
  • Input your new bank account details (account number, routing number, etc.).

Verify Your Identity

  • TikTok may ask you to upload an ID and verify the new account via OTP or email confirmation.

Save the Changes

  • Once verified, your payouts will start going to the new bank account.
