To cancel your Karat Premium free trial:
  1. Log in to your Karat account at app.trykarat.com/signin
  2. Go to Settings > Banking
  3. Navigate to ‘Manage Karat Premium Subscription’.
  4. Click ‘Cancel subscription’.
  5. Select a cancellation reason from the provided options.
  6. Optionally, provide feedback in the text field to help us improve.
  7. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the confirmation step.
  8. Review the benefits you’ll be losing and click ‘Downgrade’ to complete the cancellation.
You’re all set. We’re sorry to see you go! If you ever decide to resubscribe to Karat Premium, you can do so anytime under ‘Manage Karat Premium Subscription’.
