- Log in to your account at app.trykarat.com/signin using your credentials.
- Once logged in, click on the Banking tab.
- Scroll down to the Cards section located on the right-hand side.
- Find the virtual or physical card that you want to manage.
- Click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the card. You will see two options: Freeze or Cancel.
- Freeze:
- Your card will be temporarily frozen and cannot be used until you unfreeze it.
- Recommended if you’ve just misplaced your card and think you may find it.
- You can unfreeze anytime in the dashboard.
- Cancel:
- Your card will be permanently deactivated and this action cannot be undone.
- Recommended if your card is lost, stolen, or if you’ve noticed fraudulent charges.
- Freeze:
- To Freeze your card, click Freeze and click Confirm freeze card to finalize.
- To Cancel your card, Click Cancel and then Confirm cancel card to finalize.
