You can receive SMS alerts for credit card transactions that exceed a specific dollar amount. To manage transaction alerts:
  1. Go to Settings > Credit Card
  2. Under Alerts, toggle Transaction Alerts on or off
  3. Set your threshold under “Text me when transactions are over”
  4. Click Change threshold to update the amount
Once enabled, you’ll receive a text message when a transaction exceeds your selected amount. Setting a low threshold (such as $0.01) allows you to receive alerts for every transaction. Transaction alerts can help you monitor spending in real time and quickly identify unauthorized activity. Alerts are sent to the phone number listed under Settings > General > Personal information. If you’re not receiving alerts, confirm your phone number is correct and that alerts are turned on. Karat is a financial technology company, not a bank.
