Download Banking statements

  1. Go to Banking > Statements
  2. Locate the account statement you need

Download Banking documents

  1. Go to Settings > Banking
  2. Scroll to Documents
From here, you can:
  • Download a Bank letter (account verification letter)
  • Download available tax documents (such as 1099-INT, if issued)
The bank letter includes your entity name, address, and checking account details and can be used for vendor verification or payment setup. If you do not see a document you expect, contact us.

Export Banking transactions

  1. Go to Settings > Banking
  2. Under Export transactions, choose:
    • All transactions
    • Last month
    • Custom range
  3. Select Checking and/or Tax planning
  4. Click Download
The file will download in CSV format and can be uploaded into accounting software. Karat is a financial technology company, not a bank.
