Download Card statements

  1. In the app, navigate to Credit Card
  2. Select the Statements page from the left navigation
  3. Locate the month you need
  4. Under the Download column, click the desired report type
Available formats may vary depending on the report selected.

Export Card transactions

  1. Go to Credit Card > Transactions
  2. Click Export to download all card transactions as CSV

Transaction status definitions

Below are the statuses you may see in your transaction list and what each one means.
The transaction has been approved and fully processed. The charge has been finalized and is included in your current balance.
The transaction has been authorized and is still processing. For purchases, pending transactions typically clear within 2 to 3 business days.For payments made toward your Karat balance, pending payments typically clear within 3 to 5 business days. While a transaction is pending, the final amount may still change.
The transaction was previously approved but has been reversed by the merchant.Reversals are initiated by the merchant, not Karat. If you have questions about a reversal, we recommend contacting the merchant directly.
The transaction was not approved. Common reasons include: Insufficient available spending limit, suspected fraud, incorrect verification details, and merchant processing errosrs. If a payment toward your Karat account is declined, you will receive an email with additional details.
The merchant issued a refund for a completed purchase. Refunds typically appear on your account within a few business days after the merchant processes them.If this status appears on a payment toward your Karat account, it may indicate that the payment could not be completed and the funds were returned to your bank account.
This status applies to payments made toward your Karat balance. It means the payment has fully cleared and your account balance has been updated.
On your Card dashboard page, you may see the following balance fields:
The remaining balance from the previous month that has not yet been paid.
The total amount spent during the current billing cycle.
The total amount of authorized transactions that have not yet cleared.
The approved spending limit for your account.
