If a card is lost, stolen, or no longer needed, update its status immediately to prevent further transactions.

Freeze or cancel a card

  1. Navigate to Banking or Credit Card > Cards
  2. Under the Status column, locate the affected card
  3. Toggle the card status to deactivate (freeze) or cancel
Freezing temporarily disables new transactions and can be reversed at any time.
Canceling permanently closes the card and cannot be undone.
Freezing or canceling a card prevents new transactions but does not cancel past posted transactions.

Replacing a card

Virtual cards

Virtual cards can be replaced instantly from your dashboard. First freeze or cancel the existing card. Then go to: Banking or Credit Card > Cards > Issue new card. Select the cardholder, choose virtual, and set spend limits.

Physical cards

Physical cards require a new shipment. Freeze or cancel the existing card first. Then contact us to request a replacement. A new physical card will be issued and shipped to the cardholder.
