You can receive email notifications when ACH or wire funds are deposited into your Karat Banking account. This helps you stay informed about incoming payments without needing to check your dashboard.

Turn on inbound transfer notifications

  1. Go to Settings > Banking
  2. Scroll to Notifications
  3. Under ACH & Wire transfers, toggle the switch to ON
Once enabled, you’ll receive an email each time an inbound ACH or wire transfer is received. The email includes:
  • The transfer amount
  • The destination account
  • The originating bank (when available)
  • A description of the payment (when provided by the sender)

Turn off notifications

To stop receiving inbound transfer emails, return to Settings > Banking > Notifications and toggle the switch to OFF.
Inbound transfer notifications are per-user. Each team member with access to Karat Banking can enable or disable notifications independently.
