You can earn rewards by referring other businesses to Karat. Karat offers separate referral programs for Karat Banking and the Karat Card. Your referral links and earnings are available directly in your dashboard. For Banking referrals, go to Banking > Referrals.
For Card referrals, go to Credit Card > Rewards > Referrals.

Karat Banking referrals

When you refer a business to Karat Banking, both you and your referral can earn a $100 bonus. A Banking referral qualifies once the referred business is approved and meets the required balance threshold. After the balance requirement is satisfied, the bonus is issued to both parties. New customers may also receive a one-month Karat Premium trial as part of the referral offer.

Karat Card referrals

You can refer businesses to the Karat Card by sharing your unique referral link or sending an invitation directly from the Referrals section of your dashboard. The referred business must apply using your link for the referral to be tracked. A Card referral is considered successful once the business is approved for the Karat Card and completes their first transaction. After both steps are completed, you’ll receive 10,000 points, and your referral will also receive 10,000 points. Points can be redeemed for statement credits, merchandise, or other rewards available in the rewards menu. There is no limit to the number of eligible businesses you can refer. Rewards are issued after approval and the first qualifying transaction, and processing times may vary. Karat is a financial technology company, not a bank.
