Autopay runs automatically on the 1st of each month at 6:00 AM PT and is designed to pay your full statement balance on time.ACH payments typically take 1 to 3 business days to clear, depending on your bank. Payment status may appear pending until processing is complete.
If you need to adjust your upcoming payment, contact us as soon as possible.We must be notified at least two business days before the 1st to pause or modify autopay.In certain situations, our team may approve a new payment date or a structured payment arrangement. Payment arrangements are reviewed case-by-case and must be followed as agreed. Missed payments under an active arrangement may void the agreement.
