Log in to your account at app.trykarat.com/signin using your credentials.
Once logged in, click on the Banking tab.
Scroll down to the Cards section located on the right-hand side.
Find the virtual or physical card that you want to manage.
Click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the card. You will see two options: Freeze or Cancel.
Freeze:
Your card will be temporarily frozen and cannot be used until you unfreeze it.
Recommended if you’ve just misplaced your card and think you may find it.
You can unfreeze anytime in the dashboard.
Cancel:
Your card will be permanently deactivated and this action cannot be undone.
Recommended if your card is lost, stolen, or if you’ve noticed fraudulent charges.
To Freeze your card, click Freeze and click Confirm freeze card to finalize.
To Cancel your card, Click Cancel and then Confirm cancel card to finalize.
