# Download a remittance PDF for outbound transfers

> Download a PDF remittance for settled outbound ACH, domestic wire, SWIFT, and Karat Transfers from the Karat Banking transaction details.

You can download a remittance PDF for settled outbound transfers from Karat Banking. The PDF confirms the transfer details, includes the transaction reference (ID), and contains the Grasshopper Bank disclosure: useful for recordkeeping, sharing proof of payment with a recipient, or providing documentation to your accountant.

## When remittance PDFs are available

Remittance PDFs are available only for **successfully settled outbound transfers** sent from Karat Banking, including:

* ACH transfers
* Domestic wire transfers
* SWIFT (international) wire transfers
* Karat Transfers

Remittance PDFs are not available for pending or failed transfers, inbound transfers, card transactions, or fee entries. For payouts to contractors, use the remittance available from the Payments product instead.

## How to download a remittance PDF

1. **Open the transaction details.** Go to **Banking** and click the settled outbound transfer you want a remittance for. The transaction details modal opens.
2. **Click Download remittance PDF.** At the top of the transaction details, click **Download remittance PDF**. The button is only shown when the transfer is eligible.
3. **Save the file.** The PDF downloads to your device with a filename that includes the transaction ID (for example, `karat-banking-remittance-<id>.pdf`).

## What the PDF includes

Each remittance PDF contains:

* Transfer type (ACH, domestic wire, SWIFT, or Karat Transfer)
* Amount and date
* Sender and recipient details
* Transaction reference (ID)
* Grasshopper Bank, N.A. disclosure

> [!NOTE]
>
> If the **Download remittance PDF** button doesn't appear, the transfer is either still processing, was not an outbound transfer from Karat Banking, or is not one of the supported transfer types.
