Creator businesses typically use the Self-Employed or Online version of Quickbooks.

If you’re just getting started, the Self-Employed version should do the job and you can upgrade to the Online version later as your business grows.

If you’re already running an established business or foresee quick growth, go with the Online version. The Simple Start and the Essentials version will have all the accounting capabilities a content creator business needs.

If you also sell products or merchandise, go with the Plus or Advanced plan to track inventory and cost of goods sold.
