# How to redeem rewards

## Navigating the rewards page

The rewards page is organized into three tabs:

* **Overview**: View your redeemable and pending points, rewards categories, and reward history
* **Rewards Shop**: Browse and redeem available rewards including billboards, merchandise, and statement credits
* **Referral Program**: Share your referral link, send invitations, and track referral status and points earned from successful referrals

To access the rewards page, go to **Credit Card > Rewards** in your dashboard.

## Redeeming rewards

  <Step title="Open the rewards shop">
    Navigate to **Credit Card > Rewards** and select the **Rewards Shop** tab. You will see a grid of available reward items.

  <Step title="Select a reward">
    Click any reward card to open a details panel on the right side of the screen. Here you can view images, a description of the reward, and how many points are required.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Redeem">
    If you have enough points, click **Redeem** to confirm. A success screen confirms your redemption and shows your updated points balance.

Earned rewards do not expire.

## Redeeming statement credits

Statement credits let you apply points directly to your Karat Card balance.

  <Step title="Select the statement credit reward">
    In the **Rewards Shop**, click the statement credit reward card to open the details panel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter a custom amount">
    Type the number of points you want to redeem. The panel shows your available points and the equivalent dollar amount in real time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    Click **Redeem** to apply the credit. Statement credits are automatically applied to your Karat Card balance.
