# Updating your account information

You can manage your personal details, subscription, security settings, and mailing address directly from your dashboard under **Settings**.

Go to **Settings > General**  to view and update the information outlined below.

## Personal information

Under **Settings > General > Personal information** , you can view your name, email and phone number. If you need to make changes that are restricted, select **Contact Concierge** to open a popover where you can copy `concierge@trykarat.com` or open your default email app with a pre-filled message.

## Manage your Karat Premium subscription

Under **Settings > General > Manage Karat Premium subscription**, you can:

* View your current plan (Standard or Karat Premium)
* See your next billing date
* View which account is being billed
* Cancel your subscription

If you’re eligible for a promotional offer or free trial, it will appear under **Promotional offers** in this section.

## Security settings

Under **Settings > General > Security**, you can:

* Change your password
* Enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication turned on for additional account protection. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to [app.trykarat.com](http://app.trykarat.com) and click **Forgot Password?** on the login screen to reset it.

## Address

Your billing address is used for account verification, card statements and related documentation. If you need to update it, select **Contact Concierge** in the **Billing address** section to copy our email address or open your default email app.

Your mailing address is used for physical card deliveries and other correspondence. To update, go to **Settings > General > Mailing Address**, enter the updated address, and click **Save**.

Mailing addresses must be valid, physical U.S. addresses that can receive mail. P.O. boxes are not supported for card delivery.

## Requesting banking limit changes

Under **Settings > Banking > Banking limits**, you can review your current daily and monthly transfer limits. To request a change, select **Contact Concierge** to copy `concierge@trykarat.com` or open your default email app.

## When to contact Karat

Some information cannot be changed directly in your dashboard. Use the **Contact Concierge** option next to any restricted field, or reach our team using the channels in [Contact us](/account-settings/contact-us).
