# Export Karat Banking statements, documents, and transactions

## Download Banking statements

2. Go to **Banking > Statements**
3. Locate the account statement you need

## Download Banking documents

1. Go to **Settings > Banking**
2. Scroll to **Documents**

From here, you can:

* Download a Bank letter (account verification letter)
* Download available tax documents (such as 1099-MISC/NEC, if issued)

The bank letter includes your entity name, address, and checking account details and can be used for vendor verification or payment setup.

If you do not see a document you expect, contact us.

## Export Banking transactions

1. Go to **Settings > Banking**
2. Under **Export transactions**, choose:
   * All transactions
   * Last month
   * Custom range
3. Select Checking and/or Tax planning
4. Click Download

The file will download in CSV format and can be uploaded into accounting software.
